Faith Formation - Registration 2026
Mandatory In-Person Registration Dates
Choose ONE date to attend:
🗓️ September 16, 17, 22, or 23, 2026 | 🕕 Time: 6:00 – 8:00 PM
📍 Location: Faith Formation Center – 1081 Lyons Ave.
💵 Registration Fee
$100 per student – Cash, Check, or Debit/Credit Card
📄Documents Required - MUST Bring Copies
Missing documents will result in an incomplete registration

🧒 Programs Offered - Classes fill quickly, there are No waiting lists available:

First Communion (2-Year Program) - Ages 6 & up

Confirmation (2-Year Program) - Must be in 7th grade and not older than 16 years of age

Basic Religious Education - For students who have already received Baptism and First Communion

St. Theresa Parish Religious Education Program is established to provide opportunities for faith enrichment and spiritual formation for all ages, ethnic and cultural groups. We recognize that faith formation begins in the home and is an ongoing and lifelong process.
Guided by the Holy Spirit, we endeavor to facilitate the faith formation process for parish families. Catechists and staff of St. Theresa Church strive to bring God's message of love and mercy to all members of our community.
Our goal is to assist the faithful in their LIFELONG journey by:
-passing on the teachings and traditions of the church.
-increasing and encouraging full participation in and and understanding the liturgy
-providing activities that help to build and support households of faith so that all members of the community are supported in their own faith formation

RCIA
Are you thinking about becoming Catholic? The Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults could be for you! The RCIA is a process designed to prepare adults for entrance into the Catholic Church by the reception of the Sacraments of Initiation. By God’s help and free cooperation the catechumens and candidates grow spiritually during this process.
